January 31, 2008 - The first installment of a series of articles by the food sherpa was recently published in the premiere edition of the Annandale Chamber of Commerce official quarterly newsletter, Endeavor. The article discusses the most critical knives in any cook's toolkit, as well as useful tips on how to shop and care for fine cutlery. Additional articles in the series will follow in future issues of the newsletter.
