Client Assessment Survey Now Online!

August 20, 2010 - When a potential client contacts the food sherpa llc and expresses an interest in personal chef services, cooking classes, or a special event, the next step is to complete a standard client assessment survey to identify the client’s food preferences, dietary restrictions, and food allergies (if applicable).

In the past, an email would be sent to the potential client with an attachment that included the forms necessary to collect this information. In the continuing effort to streamline processes, these forms have now been consolidated into an online client assessment survey. With this new format, the food sherpa llc can now send an email to a potential client with a simple link to the online survey allowing them to save partially completed surveys, return to the survey at any time, and print responses upon completing the survey.

All client responses are captured in a database and made available to the food sherpa llc through both confirmation emails and an administrative website. This improved delivery and retrieval method makes it easier for a potential client and the food sherpa llc to share information in preparation for the complimentary client assessment meeting, which is the next step in the client-chef relationship.
