Survey Says: The Results of the 2009 – 2010 Client Survey Are In!

October 31, 2010 - the food sherpa llc 2009 - 2010 Client Survey was the first installment in a new annual initiative to gather formalized feedback from current clients regarding overall impressions of their service as well as potential services that may be provided by the food sherpa llc in the future.

The survey included 30 questions organized into three categories: Current Service Rankings, Current Service Questions, and Potential Future Service Questions. Highlights from the survey, which was recently completed by all current clients of the food sherpa llc, are included below:

Current Service Rankings (on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being highest):

Current Service Rankings:  Quality of Overall Service - 100.0%, 5 Excellent; Value of Service - 100.0%, 5 Excellent; Communication - 100.0%, 5 Excellent; Cleanliness of Kitchen After Service - 100.0%, 5 Excellent; Consistency of Food Quality - 100.0%, 5 Excellent; How Well Dietary Restrictions Are Met - 83.3%, 5 Excellent, 16.7%, 4 Very Good; How Well Preferences Are Met - 83.3%, 5 Excellent, 16.7%, 4 Very Good; Menu Selection / Variety - 50.0%, 5 Excellent, 50.0%, 4 Very Good; Handling Instructions - 83.3%, 5 Excellent, 16.7%, 4 Very Good; Portion Sizes - 16.7%, 5 Excellent, 66.7%, 4 Very Good, 16.7%, 3 Good; Quality of Frozen Items, 83.3%, 5 Excellent, 16.7%, 4 Very Good; Quality of Sides - 66.7%, 5 Excellent, 33.3%, 4 Very Good; Quality of Entrees - 100.0%, 5 Excellent.

Current Service Questions

The survey also included several questions which allowed current clients to elaborate on their impressions of the service provided by the food sherpa llc. A selection of questions from this section of the survey and client responses are included below:

In addition to these responses, every current client indicated that they would recommend the food sherpa llc to their friends and family and granted the food sherpa llc permission to use them as a reference for future potential clients. These clients also made several wonderful comments, such as, "We would like to adopt Keith," which are now available on the “Testimonials” page of the food sherpa llc website.

Future Potential Service Questions

The final section of the survey included several questions about potential services that the food sherpa llc may offer to clients in the future. A majority of current clients expressed their current interest in only one of the potential services presented in this portion of the survey: 83.3% of survey respondents indicated that they would like the option of paying for their service with a major credit card.

The 2009-2010 Client Survey was a great success! Respondent feedback was both insightful and thoughtful. the food sherpa llc has already addressed some of the issues identified in the survey. The remainder will be attended to in the coming weeks and months as the food sherpa llc continues to work to provide the highest level of service to his clients.
