January 1, 2011 - Happy New Year! 2011 marks the next step in the growth of the food sherpa with the official conversion to a Limited Liability Company (LLC). LLC formation provides greater legitimacy in the business community while helping the business to take better advantage of future opportunities moving forward.  As of January 1, 2011, the company operates as the food sherpa llc. No other changes to the structure or delivery of client services results from this conversion.
